What's up with the favicon?

In case you didn't know, the little image next to the name of the tab is called a favicon. This website's favicon is a picture of Miao Miao, a character from brawlers world. This website isn't associated with brawlers world in any way, I just like the character design.

Is this site mobile responsive?

To the best of my knowledge, yes.
